How It Works
Upon receipt of the application package and fee...
- Your application will be processed by our admissions committee.
- You will be notified of the admissions decision.
- If accepted, you will receive a letter of acceptance by US mail or e-mail with information and instructions for completing the registration process.

Collect and Submit the following with the completed and signed Application:
- Copy of the Most Recent Report Card
- Copy of Most Recent Standardized Test Scores and/or I.E.P. if Applicable
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Updated Immunization Record
- Most Recent Physical Record
Step 3
Scan and return the completed application and supporting documents to DAS at deltona@flcoe.org.
Come Into the Office
- Sign the Facts Information Sheet. We will make any changes to if needed.
- Sign the Athletic Waiver
- Notarized Medical Consent form
- Sign the iPad/Computer form.
- Complete the aftercare form (if needed)
Deltona Adventist School participates in the free VPK program. An eligibility certificate is required for registration. Sign up online HERE
VPK Program
- VPK Only - 8:00 a.m. - 11:20 a.m. (5-day program, Monday through Friday)
- Wrap-around: We do not currently offer a wrap-around program; kids must be picked up promptly at 11:20am.
